Donora - steam sternwheel towboat

Hull 140' x 32'. Proposal drawing by Ward Engineering. Built by the Howard shipyards, Jeffersonville, IN. Owned by American Steel & Wire Co., later by Carnegie Steel. Worked on the Monongahela River until 1932 , then leased south and worked on the TexasLouisiana Waterway. Dismantled in 1950. Plans consist of 1 sheet, drawn to 1:96th scale. Views include outboard profile, main deck and cabin plans. An experienced steamboat modeler could use the drawings along with photos of the boat to produce an accurate model. Model size: 21'' x 4''
